Hi everyone,
At this week's Lean Coffee we'll be discussing the forever hot topic of Customer Development. With the upcoming Startup Weekend Okanagan (http://okanagan.startupweekend.org/), I'm certain you'll all find refreshing this information very useful. ;)
To kick things off I will do a short overview of Customer Development stages after-which we will go around the room and everyone will be asked to share a short story of their own related to the topic. You'll each be asked to share one of the following:
a customer development war story a strategy you found successful on customer development how you plan on implementing an upcoming customer development strategy explain what you're looking to learn about customer development a story of another company you feel has a solid customer development strategy admit your ignorance on the topic
