Talk 1: Why do Agile anyway? by Erik de Bos

Do you wonder why you are doing Agile? Organisations will say "we need to keep up with a changing world", or "we need to be more efficient so we can keep up with the competition". But how does Agile tie into that? In reality, Agile is the silver bullet to fix all problems, but we rarely understand the problem we are trying to solve.

In this talk, we will explore the problem we are trying to solve. We will discuss how Agility starts with understanding the problem, and that with that understanding, true Agility is about finding your own solutions for that problem.

Talk 2: Application Security by Nic Wortel

In this talk we will demonstrate how hackers can attack a web application (automatically): such as a man-in-the-middle attack on a WiFi network, an SQL injection attack, and a few more examples. In contrast to my previous talk, this talk is not specific to PHP but applicable to any programming language. This talk has a little surprise, so be there! ;)
