Have you noticed that apps often contain code that already exists on the server?

For example: Checking if an item can be deleted. But the server also checks this during deletion! If you change this logic on the server, you need to update all your apps, too! And that is just one of the downsides..

Decisions are everywhere. We make decisions individually as well as a team. We often look back at previous decisions scratching our heads and wondering, why did we ever think this was a good idea?

We're going to be diving into this decision-making process. Where does it start, how can we approach it and what makes a good quality decision?
