Heat Batteries: Why you don't need lithium to store renewable energy - Hackjam

Details

Iulian Arcus will be talking about how electricity isn't the only type of energy that can be stored and used at the house. Heat has become a serious concern for both survival and the environment.

This talk will cover how to capture, store, and use heat to reduce your carbon footprint and bills. Each topic will be given a light overview with some lightly researched numbers to paint the picture of the heat storage landscape.

It is an informal presentation from a hobbyist about how we capture, store and use the type of energy we use the most, especially in winter.

Come hear Iulian talk about his innovative ideas and research, and mingle with other makers!
