Sunset Walk - Woodbridge Lakes, Irvine 4:15PM

Walking outdoors during the hours of sunrise and sunset are a great daily routine. Time in nature is always nourishing. Adding in some easy walking at these junctures of day and night brings peace and harmony to this practice of light exercise.

Will do brief introductions, then head over to the North Lake first for an approx 45 minute loop around the lake, taking in the sunset as we finish up and head over to the South Lake for another 45 minute loop for those who are interested.
