It's birria taco night at Birria El Gordo

I'm a big fan of birria tacos, and Birria El Gordo is near the the top of my list. They also offer street tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and other Mexican goodies, but birria is the specialty. Each day they offer a few different proteins. It's a no-reservations, counter service sort of place, so let's meet and then grab some tables.
