Meetup: Find Your Voice for Animals - Skill Building Workshops

Activism is crucial to create positive change in the world. All forms of activism such as speaking up, protesting, and educating others require us to go outside of our comfort zone and put certain skills into practice. That’s why at this Meetup we will discuss the importance of learning new skills and trying new things followed by mini skill-building workshops:

-How to do a speak out
-How to do effective outreach
-How to lead chants

Where: Berkeley Animal Rights Center West (2414 6th St, Berkeley)
When: Saturday, March 29th 11am - 12:30pm
What: Community hangout and presentation
- ARC West is a 30 minute walk from North Berkeley BART and only a 10 minute walk from the 51B bus stop at University and 6th St.
- Dogs that like other dogs are welcome at this event!
- There will be brunch and coffee, donations accepted
