Miranda’s “no-kill rescue” in Humboldt County has been exposed for shooting hundreds of dogs and burying them in mass graves. For over 20 years, Jennifer Raymond has been trying to hold the “rescue” accountable. Her concerns were ignored until she and her friend, Jenna Moore, snuck onto the property and dug up the bodies of eight freshly-killed dogs. This heart-wrenching situation is still unfolding and at this Meetup we will hear from Jennifer about her experiences and the history of her efforts to expose Mirandas.
We will also hear from Kevin Johnson, founder of Coffee Companions, and Dan Martinez, founder of Adopt my Block, about how we can help hold Miranda’s accountable and how we can support legitimate rescue organizations.

- ARC West is a 30 minute walk from North Berkeley BART and only a 10 minute walk from the 51B bus stop at University and 6th St.
