About us
Our group is a discussion-based group for people with all disabilities to come together and have open discussions about their personal experiences and to be in an environment where others are going through similar experiences. Being in a nonjudgmental environment will allow people to discuss topics as well as just communicate in general.
Coming to this group allows us to be open, to see that there is much more to each person than their own disability and to make connections with people, so no one feels alone or misunderstood.
By coming together, our group will help to make connections with others that have dealt with struggles related to disabilities to understand each other. By knowing our struggles and communicating with one another, we will create an environment where people will be seen as a person.
