Join us on Monday, Dec 16th from 7 to 9pm for our first meetup exploring shame!

One of the best ways to overcome shame is simply by talking about it!

In this 2 hour meetup, we will be facilitating some lighthearted shame education games, exercises, and discussions in order to help us all begin to normalize and demystify this powerful and mysterious emotion. Understanding shame is a great way to improve self-awareness, build self-esteem, and deepen our capacity to connect with others.

While getting comfortable with discomfort is an important part of the process, our meetups are designed to be casual and fun :)

*This meetup is for educational purposes and is not therapy.

COST:
We are asking participants to bring $5 to help cover the rental of the room, or pay what you can (we won't turn anyone anyway for lack of funds).

The meetup will be held in the Memorial Room at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre which is a church, but we are not affiliated with them or any specific religion. All are welcome!

Looking forward to seeing you in December,
A.J.
