Hey Roadies, Closet Roadies, Roadie Curious and Gravel Grinders!
Get out of the valley, come on up to the high country for a beautiful ride through ranch and farm country to Lost Creek Reservoir State Park. Let's meet in Henefer at John's Park (I-80 east to I-84 to Henefer exit, across the freeway, bear right on Main Street, a.k.a. SR65, then left on East Canyon Road, John's Park is on the left) and be ready to ride at 9am.

This is a 40 mile out and back ride with a little bit of climbing at the final approach to the dam. No need for a Utah State Parks Pass since I was not planning on riding into the park. It's not like there is a Marina or anything like that there. The view of the reservoir where we'll arrive is as good a view of the reservoir as from anywhere else. You Gravel Grinders however could ride into the Park and find gravel routes around the reservoir and off into the hills and valleys, which I have done in the past, but that is not my plan for me on this trip.
