Trail running -- big cottonwood- 16 miles

# trail running in big cottonwood - September 13, 2025

Fall is for trail running! Join me for a 16 mile loop in Big Cottonwood Canyon on the Mill D North trail. We will run up to both Dog and Desolation lakes and even dip into Mill Creek Canyon. This will be trail running, but expect to hike a lot of the hills and run the downhills and flats. Please let me know if you are interested in joining.
