What we’re about
Do you have questions about God or the Bible? Or perhaps just looking for answers in a world that seems to have gone crazy?
DISCOVERY is a 7 session Bible study course to help people find out more about God and take the next steps in their faith journey, whether they are already Christians or just exploring the subject at this stage.
Participants get a dedicated Bible teacher and mentor for the duration of the course. The course provides a safe environment where all questions are welcomed.
The course is suitable for a wide range of people:
- Anyone wanting to explore the basics of Christianity.
- Anyone wanting to get answers to their questions.
- Anyone wanting to establish solid foundations in their life.
- Anyone wanting the ability to better explain their faith to others.
The course is free.
Discovery runs each Sunday 7:30 - 9pm at Hillsong Waterloo, directly after the 6pm service.
Please note: Discovery is a 7 session course where each session builds on the sessions before. To ensure that everyone progresses with the same understanding and to foster good relationships between the participants, we only allow people to join at Session 1 of the course.
Please look for the MeetUp events marked with *Session 1* in the title when RSVPing for the first time and please only RVSP if you are intending to attend the course.
