What we’re about

This course will provide you with the foundations of yoga. If you are totally new to yoga, or you have been practicing for a little while but you are not sure about what you are doing, this course is for you. We will explore in details the different yoga postures, and you will be introduced to yoga philosophy, breathing techniques and meditation. After this course you can expect to be able to walk in any yoga class with much more confindence and independence, start a self-practice and continue your yoga journey with much more awareness.
