Natural Wine Tasting in Palm Springs

Hi Folks - A bit of a different tasting because the tasting will be done by Hyphen wine and I won't be leading it. I thought on a hot Saturday in August why not try some natural wines? Natural wines are a bit hard to define, but usually made with the least amount of intervention on the part of the winemaker, and the grapes are grown using organic, biodynamic and/or regenerative farming. So low sulfites - lower alcohol typically - easier on the body.
I don't have the wines yet that John will be pouring - but I am sure they will be wonderful! He does a mix of whites, rosé and reds usually.
