What we’re about
I am a certified sommelier with certifications from the Wine Scholar Guild in France and the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in the UK. Through my formal education in wine I am familiar with wines from many regions in the world.
I am a vineyard owner with a small (400 vines) vineyard of Nero d'Avola grapes.
The purpose of this group is to meet fellow wine lovers, enjoy different wines and learn a bit about wine.
Our tastings include a minimum of 5 wines to taste along with food. The handouts talk about the region and how the wine was produced as well as details on that particular varietal.
There is lots of time for chatting and meeting new and old friends.
