About us

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

The goal of this group is to provide a calm, structured, peer-led space for adults living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) to connect in a grounded and respectful environment.
This circle focuses on shared lived experience, mutual support, and emotional regulation. The intention is not to process trauma in detail, but to create a steady container for identity-based peer connection.

This group is intended primarily for adults living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) who are seeking peer connection in a structured and emotionally regulated setting.

Participants should be stable enough to engage in group discussion without being in active crisis.

Meetings will follow a simple and predictable format:

• Welcome and review of guidelines
• Brief grounding check-in
• Open sharing (with time boundaries)
• Closing reflection
We will avoid graphic trauma detail and focus on present-moment experience, coping, system navigation, and mutual understanding.

This group will begin as a 4-week online pilot series with limited participants to maintain emotional safety and quality discussion.

Group Guidelines
• Confidentiality is required
• Speak from your own experience
• No diagnosing or analyzing others
• No graphic trauma detail
• Respect system diversity
• No private messaging facilitator for one-on-one support
