'Conscious Awakenings' , July Presentation: “Align With The Divine”

In this fifth part of the Conscious Awakenings series "Align With The Divine", we will have Patricia Diorio as our host.
Talk Description: This talk is about what it means to be truly aligned with that divine aspect of us that some people call the Higher Self,
the True Self, the Essential Self, the Super Conscious Mind, the Spiritual Self.

1. How to raise and maintain a higher vibrational frequency in the body to stay centered in the present moment and avoid the pitfalls of negative thinking which are always founded in fear.
2. How to embrace the Unknown, letting go of history, definition and collective agreement, which keep us stuck in the past repeating itself in the future.
3. How to move from believing we are divine, which is from the intellect, to Knowing we are divine, which is in every cell of
   the body and generated from our hearts.
