ABSTRACT
# TAPPING HACKERS TO IMPROVE SECURITY #
Vulnerabilities are a fact of life. Today, technology companies, enterprises, and government organizations alike are embracing collaborating with hackers to find vulnerabilities before cyber criminals have a chance to exploit the same bugs for nefarious purposes. Whether you run an active bug bounty program, or if your security@ email address is routed to /dev/null, this session will help attendees shed blind dogma and walk away armed with an analytical approach towards building an effective hacker-powered security program and discover the incredible value of working with hackers.

What you’ll learn:
(1) Background on the bug bounty ecosystem
(2) How to build strong relationships with hackers through communications
(3) What happens after a bug is submitted
(4) How to make it big through bug bounty as a hacker and what to look for
