La Buf/Todo Santos Mexico Diving Trip.

Details

Two days of diving and camping at the famous La Bufadora. The Bufadora is located two hours from San Ysidro border, just south of Ensenada. This event is for advanced/experienced divers. Most sites run 40' - 120' or deeper if you wish. I have had the privilege of diving these amazing sites many times and I never grow tired. Captain Yeko has found us a recently discovered (to divers) wreck off Todo Santos. It is amazing. We don't even know its name! This is an old wooden ship, aprox 125' and still has it's prop, boiler and stack.

Sunday, we plan on having two more dives off the LaBuf area. These dives have an amazing amount of life with golden walls, purple hydro coral, ling cods and big schools of fish. Captain Yeko will be taking us in his new fiberglass 23 foot panga. After Saturdays dive, we can also explore the Bufadora area with, what I call, the worlds greatest tourist trap. It really is cool, with cheesy gift shops next to beautiful art galleries, live music and more. Probably have dinner at the wonderful La Bufadora restaurant where we can do some Tequila tasting. The owner makes this stuff and it is the smoothest Tequila I have ever tasted. You can even take home a bottle for $100 - $1000. We will camp on a beach overlooking the Pacific and we can hang out in front of a camp fire talking abut the day and probably hitting the sack early.

Sunday, we will awaken to this beautiful view of the ocean and have breakfast at the La Bufadora restaurant. We will board the boat around 8:00

Price is $150.00 for two days of two tank boat dives. Pay me for the boat dives. Pay the campground for the camping, which is $10.00/car/night. I recommend Mexican Auto Insurance. you can get this online at bajabound.com I recommend that you get a tourist visa at the border. Its free for 7 days. message me for more info.

I am going to leave the McDonald's in San Ysidro and depending on road conditions, we might leave the night before or early Saturday morning at 6:00am. You can camp the night before. You can follow us in the morning or you can meet me at the camp ground at 8:00 in the morning. the drive is about 2 hours from the boarder. We are staying at the La Bufadora campground next to the beach in a secure and clean campground with bathrooms. Never driven in Mexico? Follow one of us :)

Bring at least two tanks full. Their is a compressor and it does semi HP fills for $10.00/fill for second day, you pay Yeko. For the wreck dives bring Nitrox, you might want to bring four tanks,

If you do not wish to camp, you may find a vacation rental online but you are on your own.

IMPORTANT: You are not on the trip until I receive payment. No refunds unless trip is cancelled

My Venmo is (preferred) @Chris-Toth-23
my PayPal is chris@wcdiveshop.com. Once I get your payment for the boat trips, you are on the boat.

YOU MUST HAVE A PASSPORT!

I recommend Nitrox for the wreck dives.

I'll bring the emergency O2. Boat does have life preservers, GPS and a marine radio.

This is not an official Dive Animals Event.
