Healing from trauma can be a life long process. So it's nice to know that we are not alone during the journey.
By joining a group who can opening talk and express themselves freely will only improve your life.
Going to therapy and seeing a doctor is also recommended. This group can help break the stigma that getting help is ok.
So together we will support each other and help one another process emotions and feelings.
We will gather in a park and have topics to focus on and have everyone share.
