How and why to use Python Generics

Generics allow us to make use of certain Python features that would otherwise result in code that is not type safe. But they can be difficult to wrap our heads around. In this talk we’ll look in depth at the conceptual fundamentals of Generics and build the foundations in order to use them with confidence. David Seddon is a developer and technical writer at Kraken Technologies, the tech tentacle of Octopus Energy. He likes thinking about software architecture and domain driven design.
