Talks:
Who lost our customers? Investigating a human error by Sofia Fischer
There are always two stories look into an incident. In this talk I will walk you through an incident exploring both views and why "human error" should never be the documented root cause of an incident.

Sofia is a software developer at Kraken Technologies, working through the delightfully arcane standards of the german energy industry. Passionate about testing and observability, with wide-ranging curiosity fed by a love of reading. Writes about it all in public at philodev.one.

Want to share your Django or Python knowledge? We’d love to feature your talk! Just fill out our Speaker form to propose a talk!
