If you enjoy Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs (TableTop RolePlaying Games), then this group is for you! Join this Meetup and our Discord server if you want to meet other cool players in the South Bay and surrounding areas in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great group if you want to join or host games, laugh, roleplay, and roll dice.
We regularly host both In Person and Online meetups so keep an eye on the calendar for updates! We also provide trainings for new players and DMs!
As a member of Dungeons and Dragons of the South Bay, please follow these rules:

2. Don’t be a jerk.
3. Please keep your RSVPs updated! It makes Tiamat angry when adventurers don't show up to eat.

TTRPG Oneshot Sunday
Game Kastle (Santa Clara), 1350 Coleman Avenue, Santa Clara, CA, USThere many different TTRPGs. Some you can play as investigators, others, superheroes, and others, bears with hats. Join us as we explore and play a variety of Table Top Role Role-Playing games (TTRPGs)! The game will be beginner friendly and suitable for a learn to play experience so if you haven't played the TTRPG in question, or even any TTRPGs, you are welcome. Experienced players are also welcome.
For this one we will likely be playing Vaesen which is a Nordic Horror RPG based on the work of Swedish illustrator and author Johan Egerkrans. Vaesen presents a dark Gothic setting steeped in Nordic folklore and old myths of Scandinavia. The game mechanics use an adapted version of the award-winning Year Zero Engine.
If you are interested in testing out a new game at a future event and want to GM it, let me know by messaging me on meetup.
If you can't make it please update your RSVP. You can also ask to spectate the game if you are on the waitlist. Spectators will be granted priority seating for no shows.
Location: Game Kastle Santa Clara.
When you walk in the store there is a side room on the right with tables. There are two doors at the back of this room leading to another room with more tables. I am planning on getting a table back there.
Requirements: An open mind and an open imagination.
What else to bring: Pre generated character sheets will be provided. This game is played with 6-sided-dice, I will have a communal pool, but feel free to bring your own. Something to take notes with/on would be useful.
