If you enjoy Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs (TableTop RolePlaying Games), then this group is for you! Join this Meetup and our Discord server if you want to meet other cool players in the South Bay and surrounding areas in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great group if you want to join or host games, laugh, roleplay, and roll dice.
We regularly host both In Person and Online meetups so keep an eye on the calendar for updates! We also provide trainings for new players and DMs!
As a member of Dungeons and Dragons of the South Bay, please follow these rules:

2. Don’t be a jerk.
3. Please keep your RSVPs updated! It makes Tiamat angry when adventurers don't show up to eat.

Beginner DND in the Park
Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St, Mountain View, CA, USThese are monthly DND pickup games. This game is designed so that anyone can join and play a short scenario of DND. The intent is to perhaps find a group of people that you might want to play with. Join me as your DM to test your might, magic, and cunning in this episodic session.
Max people: 4-5 people per DM. We will have 3 DM's. You can also ask to spectate the game if you are on the waitlist. Spectators will be granted priority seating for no shows.
We also will be tracking attendance. You will be flagged if you do not show up or do not notify us within 24 hours that you cannot make it with good reason.
Where to find us: We'll be outside and easy to find! Most likely be in front of the Performing Arts Center.
Requirements: Beginner-level basics of DND. If you do not know how to play and want to join, let us know! There are plenty of online resources to assist you, or you can spectate as we hope to do this monthly.
Homework: Players can bring a level 3 character to the session. happy to help run through character creation for new players before the meetup. We have many helpful people on our discord or you can DM me directly.

Recommendations: An open mind and an open imagination. Sunscreen since we will be outside.What else to bring: Please print out and bring your character sheet. If you do not, you can use available pre-gens. If you need this printed out, message me and I will print it out for you. Laptop or tablet is fine too.
More dice, or snacks is always a plus.
