Speaker Biography: Sophia Parafina is currently a developer relations engineer for Docker, Sophia has been a Code for America Fellow, the Director of Operations at OpenGeo (http://opengeo.org/) and an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College. She was also a founder and CTO of IONIC Enterprise (acquired by Erdas (http://erdas.com/)) and a Senior Program Manager for In-Q-Tel (http://www.iqt.org/), the CIA's venture capital fund.
