Hi, I’m Dr. Dhana. A dentist, passionate yoga therapist, and PhD researcher with a deep-rooted curiosity for holistic health and wellness. My journey blends medical science with the ancient wisdom of yoga to help people live with more balance, clarity, and vitality.
For over nine years, I’ve led sessions that go beyond movement, offering immersive, therapeutic experiences to support mental clarity, emotional well-being, and physical health. I create a safe and supportive space where each session is adapted to your unique needs, including guidance on breathwork, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits.
