Classic Who: The Sixth Doctor (and Frenemies) in The Mark of the Rani

After the last episodes of the current season of Doctor Who, you may be saying, "Wait- who is Mrs. Flood ?!?" Russel took a page out of Classic Who and brought back one of the Doctor's Classic Frenemies, the Rani! June 21, we'll be (re)introducing her to you!

We'll be viewing 1985's two part story, Mark of the Rani, featuring Collin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Nicola Bryant as companion Perpugilliam Brown (Peri), Anthony Ainley as the Doctor's long-time adversary, the Master, and Kate O'Mara as the renegade Time Lord, the Rani.

In this story, the Doctor and Peri visit 19th century England and the Sixth Doctor finds himself facing two competing enemies: his old adversary, the Master, and the Rani, another Time Lord with a sinister plan. The local population is turning violent and unpredictable. With a major meeting of the brains of the Industrial Revolution due to happen in the village soon, the Doctor must work out what exactly is causing all the problems. Only the Doctor can stop the Master and the Rani's evil plans.

As always, no purchase is necessary, but arrive early for the preshow at 5:30 and to buy any food or drink you might want. We'll be in the front party room, as always.
