Outdoor Yoga @ Sloan's Lake

Join me for outdoor yoga at Sloan's Lake! This is a ~50 minute vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels. We'll practice near 18th and Meade (just across from Lake Middle School). Please bring your own mat, some water, and any props you would like to use.
