YinNidra is a nourishing, slow-paced experience designed to guide you into deep states of relaxation, presence, and inner clarity.
This offering weaves together gentle Yin yoga, intention setting, and a guided Yoga Nidra meditation creating space for both physical release and subtle, inner restoration.
We begin by arriving together and setting a personal intention, something you wish to cultivate, release, or invite into your life. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held, supportive Yin postures that encourage softness, openness, and deep stretching in the body.
As the body unwinds, we transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often referred to as “yogic sleep.” In this deeply restful state, the body sleeps while the mind remains gently aware and allows for profound relaxation and integration.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be supported by subtle sensory elements designed to enhance the journey.
