• Title: How to securely implement MCP with OAuth in .NET
• Abstract:
  In this session, we’ll explore Model-Context-Protocol (MCP).
  We’ll begin with a high-level overview of MCP, illustrating its core concepts through a practical implementation using Semantic Kernel in .NET.
  From there, we’ll shift focus to security. We’ll examine common vulnerabilities in MCP-based architectures and demonstrate how to securely implement it using OAuth.
  Whether you're new to MCP or looking to deepen your expertise, this session will equip you with both the conceptual understanding and hands-on techniques to build secure AI solutions.

  Damien is a web developer, architect and a Microsoft MVP for Visual Studio Development Technologies, Sonar Navigator who loves to learn. He contributes regularly to open-source projects on GitHub and Microsoft ASP.NET Core docs. He runs a very popular blog which focuses on ASP.NET Core, application security, Entra and Angular.
• Title: Swiss Identity in .NET: A Practical Guide to EIAM, aGov, SwissID, Entra ID—and Social Logins
• Abstract
  Modern Swiss apps rarely authenticate just one way. In this fast paced, concept-level session, we compare how to plug EIAM, aGOV, E-ID, SwissID, Microsoft Entra ID, and social providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook) into software systems using OpenID Connect/OAuth 2.0 (and where SAML still fits). You’ll see side by side integration patterns and what each IDP means for user experience, assurance levels, consent, data residency, and compliance. We’ll finish with a simple decision matrix—when to choose which IDP, so you can ship secure sign in flows that match your audience, not the other way around.

  Tom is a Solution Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. He has joined the party from the early days of .Net and later with Azure, too. He always strives to build a smart and lean solution consisting of already available services, complemented with code as needed.

  Peter has over a decade of .Net experience and is a Jack-of-all-trade developer, which jokingly calls himself a Software Archaeologist.

• Marc Rufer
  Marc is a passionate software engineer, living in Switzerland and interested in DevOps, DevSecOps, application security, web development and Azure. His favourite tools, technologies and standards are GitHub, Azure DevOps, ASP.NET Core, Git, Terraform, PowerShell, OIDC, SQL, EF Core, REST.
• Andres Bohren
  Andres works as a Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer/Architect for midsize to large Enterprises at isolutions in Switzerland. He has a special focus on M365 including Identity, Messaging, Communication, Security and PowerShell but also some Azure Technologies. He is Co-Organisator of the Microsoft 365 Community Schweiz Meetup group and was Speaker at several other Meetups or Conferences. He likes good Food, his Bike and nice Dive spots all over the World.
