Four Ways to Rebuild Bone Health:
1. Get Active: when physical demands are placed on bones, they get thicker & stronger. Bones last longer when you do weight exercises.
2. Bones need NUTRITION
3. Bones need to ABSORB Nutrients (importance of Vitamin D/K2)
4. Maintain Healthy Weight

Suggestions: 1, 2 or 3 lb. weights, resistance bands, chair & water bottle
