Downey Aqua Aerobics Group

Come participate in an aqua aerobics/fitness class for an hour a week. I would love to host three classes in one day, twice a week. For example, Monday/Wednesday with one hour classes beginning at 4, 5, and 6 in the early evening. Pool is heated and comfortable for outdoor aqua exercises. Equipment will be provided, but members are welcome to bring their own equipment. Due to space in the shallow end of my pool, I am only allowing four participants at a time. This is for safety precautions, for both members and host.
