Join us in downtown Toronto at the Miles Nadal JCC for unique and exciting ways to stay active! Whether you want to build confidence through martial arts or express yourself in dance, our programs offer something for everyone.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Meetup RSVP does NOT register you for an activity or reserve your spot.
This Meetup group is used to promote recreation programming at the JCC. All activities require advance registration and payment through our Amilia registration portal. Each event description includes a direct registration link, and participants must register through Amilia before attending.

Ready to build strength, sharpen your skills, and break a sweat? This no-contact beginner program introduces essential boxing fundamentals including stance, footwork, punches, bagwork, partner drills, and conditioning — all in a supportive and inclusive environment. No sparring involved.
Perfect for new boxers or anyone looking to develop a strong foundation while improving fitness and confidence.
Led by Coach Nick Radionov — former Ukrainian National Olympic Boxing Team member, Level 3 Boxing Ontario–certified coach, and multi-time world kickboxing champion.
