Experience the excitement of boxing and learn the basics in a fun, high-energy session — no experience required!
This beginner-friendly class introduces the essential fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, basic punches, and bagwork. You’ll build strength and endurance through conditioning drills and partner work (no-contact), all in a supportive, inclusive environment. No sparring involved — just great movement, technique development, and sweat!
👊 Led by Coach Nick Radionov — former Ukrainian National Olympic Boxing Team member, Level 3 Boxing Ontario–certified coach, and multi-time world kickboxing champion.
