Ready to build strength, sharpen your skills, and break a sweat? This no-contact beginner program introduces essential boxing fundamentals including stance, footwork, punches, bagwork, partner drills, and conditioning — all in a supportive and inclusive environment. No sparring involved.
Perfect for new boxers or anyone looking to develop a strong foundation while improving fitness and confidence.
Led by Coach Nick Radionov — former Ukrainian National Olympic Boxing Team member, Level 3 Boxing Ontario–certified coach, and multi-time world kickboxing champion.
