Ready to build strength, sharpen your skills, and break a sweat? Join our beginner-friendly Boxing Fundamentals program designed for ages 16+.
This no-contact class focuses on footwork, bagwork, partner drills, and conditioning β all in a supportive and inclusive environment. No sparring is involved, so you can focus on learning technique, improving fitness, and having fun.
Whether youβre new to boxing or looking for a fresh way to stay active, this program will help you feel stronger, more confident, and energized.
