We want to be considerate of everyone's time and will be shortening the meeting from 4 hours down to 2 hours. With that said, I will be sending out an email with an agenda and associated documents for you to read and print if necessary and bring with you.

Open Board Positions for 2026-2027 Term

Each position carries a two-year commitment:

President - Traditionally held by a survivor; however, the board may vote to allow a supporter to serve. (Last year, I assumed the role from Marilou with her guidance to complete the second year.)SecretaryDirector

We encourage you to consider serving or nominating someone who would be a strong candidate. Your involvement is vital to the continued success of our organization.

**Please note that you must be a paid member to vote in the election. Be prepared to pay your dues before or during the meeting. The membership forms will be atteached to the email coing out shortly. Please print, read and sign and bring them to the meeting. Dues will remain at the same amount of $100, payments accepted via Square, cash, or check.

Committee Reports

Please come prepared to share your committee's accomplishments from the past year and your plans for 2026. Remember that as a committee leader, you are never working alone. Your role is to serve as the primary point of contact for planned activities, and you can count on the full support of every member of this team.

Committees include:
BCS Outreach; France 2026; Fundraising; Mentorship Team; Events; and Tech & Social Media.
The more we engage with the community, the more effectively we can advance our mission.
