What we’re about
Draw Y'all is where sketchers of all skill levels meet and sketch at different locations throughout the Triangle. We draw people, buildings, portraits, figures, landscapes, botanicals, and anything we damn well please. The only thing you need to bring is your pencils, sketch pad, and a friend, if you like. If you feel like you can't draw...come try anyway! Our events are open to all people, all levels. We also post a lot of art events run by other places (such as the Nasher Museum) each month, so check out our calendar.

See all- YUMMY!- Expressive Arts Happenings at The North Carolina Museum of ArtNorth Carolina Museum of Art, Raleigh, NC$10.00
Let's have experiences that invite us to be in our bodies, to be in our world, to be with our people and to feel our connection.
Take your time Sweetie.
We will create drawings that use our imaginations, our histories, our present, our future, our inner sensations, our outer ones, and our spirit as their source material.
We (your hosts), Patrick and Marta King Manning, come from an arts education background and are Life Coaches. Patrick is a Life Coach here to help you Transcend Sexual Trauma and Create Your Beautiful Life and you can find him at www.allthecolorscoaching.com. Marta is a Life Coach Specializing in People Still Seeking Their Beloved and you can find her at www.martalovecoach.com.
Please bring whatever drawing materials that inspire you...graphite, oil pastels, pens, tablets, sketchbooks, large paper, drawing boards, watercolors, or anything else that works for you.
We will meet in the lobby of The East Building (the older, brown one).
"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares to other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open."
-Martha Graham
Admission for this event is $10, cash.
