Soul Recovery in the Dreamtime
Details
# Soul Recovery in the Dreamtime
Parts of the soul can split off or withdraw in response to trauma, shock, grief, or long periods of disconnection from ourselves, our ancestral lineage, our guides, or our passions. Recurring dreams, powerful “big dreams,” or vivid inner experiences often point to aspects of our selves that want to be reclaimed.
Together, we will:
- Re-enter a dream while awake, allowing the experience to unfold further
- Enter into dialogue with dream figures and images
- Notice where energy feels present, absent, or calling for attention
- Invite lost or fragmented parts of the self back through intention and imagination
## What if I Don't Remember My Dreams?
This is a common question, and you're not alone.
Remembering dreams isn’t required. During the guided journey, images and experiences often arise that can be worked with just like nighttime dreams, as they emerge from the same imaginal field.
You’re also welcome to bring the last dream you remember, a dream from childhood, or a “big dream” from any era of life.
## Arrival
Please remove your shoes and enjoy a cup of tea. The first 10 minutes are set aside for a relaxed arrival and space to settle.
