What we’re about

Each night, our dreams assist us in recovering forgotten pieces of ourselves and attempt to bring all our parts into a state of harmony and wholeness. However, our dreams speak a magical language of symbols and visions that can be challenging to understand. That is where I love to provide support. Andrea has been studying dreamwork for over ten years and holds a Master's degree in Jungian psychology. Working with my dreams has completely transformed my life so that I feel a deeper sense of purpose and a stronger understanding of my interconnectedness with others. I am passionate about helping others explore the messages of the dream world and using those messages to live more engaged and meaningful lives.

My offerings include dreamwork groups and workshops in and around Savannah, GA (as well as online). Exploring our dreams in a group of like-minded people is often a transformational process. In each group and workshop, the foundation of what I teach is compassion, non-judgment, and support for one another. The most important aspect of working with our dreams is that we have a deep desire to learn from the messages of our unconscious and grow with a sense of humility. In working in a group with our dreams, we co-create a space where all parts of our dreams – and ourselves – are acknowledged and accepted.

Because dreams present information from the unconscious, they sometimes bring up memories and emotions that can be surprising and unexpected. While working with dreams can feel therapeutic, it can also be very emotionally intense at times. It is important to note that dreamwork groups and workshops are not group therapy, and if you are experiencing strong psychological distress at this time in your life, it may be contraindicated to participate in a dreamwork group or workshop. Although Andrea intends to make dreamwork groups and workshops safe and trauma-informed spaces, she is not a clinician and cannot provide mental health services.
