Drinking Always Optional

If you're looking to expand your social circle, but going to a loud bar isn't your ideal Saturday Night, Drinking Always Optional is the group for you!

We're focused on providing an inclusive and open space for people in their 20's and 30's (we aren't checking too closely ;)) that are looking to expand their social network, but don't want to have to get a beer every time they go out.

Whether it be movie nights with milkshakes, board game tournaments with banana bread, or an extended walk around the National Mall with water, we incorporate a wide variety of activities and interests in settings less like a late-night club, and more like a cozy group of friends. Everyone is welcome to join, suggest and lead activities, and contribute to the group.
