SAT & SUN, AUGUST 2-3, 2025The Defects of Samsara is the fourth of the Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind. This will be the final two-day retreat for the Four Thoughts section of our Three Year Fivefold Mahamudra Program.
Whether part of the 3-year program or not, all are welcome to join!

| Please join us for this special opportunity to participate in a weekend of in-depth reflection and meditation on the 4th and final of the common preliminaries of the Four Thoughts that Turn the Mind. This retreat will be held under the guidance of Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche. As part of our Three Year Program, it will be a helpful guidepost to then conduct your personal retreat sessions at home. Although this retreat is part of our 3-year program, we invite and encourage all to attend.

The Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind are foundational contemplations that help practitioners develop renunciation and motivation for Dharma practice. Among these, the contemplation on the Defects of Samsara is particularly crucial in cultivating a deep disenchantment with cyclic existence and inspiring the aspiration for liberation. |
