Each call will include guided mindfulness practices and pragmatic discussions. The tools we introduce are all designed to fit into our busy, messy lives. All abilities and identities are welcome.
Your teacher is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness meditation mentor, and leadership coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has had a human/imperfect meditation practice for 20+ years.
