About us

“My voice was never meant to sing other people’s songs.”

That realization changed how I sing and how I live. It is the heart of the work I do.

This is a space for who are ready to stop performing someone else’s version of life and begin listening to their own. People who know there is more aliveness, more expression, more truth available, and are willing to step into a little discomfort to access it.

I host gatherings called ReSounding Freedom, which are guided primarily through sound, but they are not about singing well or sounding a certain way. They are about resonance, permission, and expression. Using your own voice, literally and metaphorically, as a doorway back to yourself.

Together we explore what has been quietly blocking your natural expression. As energy moves, you are invited into active exploration. Making noise. Getting curious. Letting yourself be silly, honest, and real.

This is a space to drop the mask, let your weird out, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.

You will leave feeling clearer, more whole, and more at home in your own voice, ready to create your own path and sing your own song.
