WELCOME!
We'd love to see you at our meetings. We welcome everyone dealing with divorce or other relationship struggles, or wanting to learn healthy relationship skills. The main parts of our meetings are a video or guest speaker, and time for discussion and confidential sharing and support. You are welcome without regard to relationship status, timeline or background.

TODAY'S TOPIC
A people-pleaser can be defined as "a person who has an emotional need to please others often at the expense of his or her own needs or desires." Through two videos In today's session, we'll better understand this state, where it comes from, and how to deal with it in ourselves and others.
