•Online🌊 Emotional Mastery: Learning to Feel, Heal, and Be Free 🌱
Online🌿 A 3-Part Series on Emotional Awareness, Resilience, and Self-Leadership
When life throws us off balance, emotions can feel heavy or hard to handle. This 3-part series explores how to meet those feelings with awareness and compassion. Learn practical ways to feel, heal, and find the freedom that follows understanding.
We’ve all faced moments of emotional disruption — in relationships, at work, or during major life changes — when feelings rise up that we’d rather not feel. Frustration, sadness, anger, fear… we push them aside, distract ourselves, or get swept away.
But what if those uncomfortable emotions aren’t the problem? What if they’re messages guiding us toward growth, self-knowledge, and deeper peace?
We’ll explore practical ways to understand, experience, and work skillfully with difficult emotions — so they become allies instead of obstacles. Each session includes short, thought-provoking video teachings (about 30–35 minutes total), followed by group discussion and personal reflection in a supportive space.
💡 What You’ll Gain
Part 1 – Feeling the Feelings
How emotions begin in the body before the mind names them — and why understanding that helps us stay grounded and self-aware.Part 2 – Noticing Without Being Swept Away
How to observe thoughts and feelings without being ruled by them — cultivating calm, clarity, and choice, even when we’re triggered.Part 3 – Choosing Meaning and Moving Forward
How to reframe the stories we tell ourselves, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and move forward with confidence and compassion.✨ Takeaway
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how emotions work, how to face them with courage and curiosity, and how to turn life’s disruptions into opportunities for strength and self-leadership.✨ All are welcome — regardless of relationship status, timeline, or background. Come for the insights, stay for the connection. ❤️
Our Meeting Agenda:
• Introductions
• Video(s) or Speaker (30-45 minutes)
