Please join us in commemoration of the main harvest of the year. We will be honoring our own accomplishments from the past year, manifesting our own personal 'harvests' and adorning the sacred Corn Spirit in hopes for a peaceful Winter and plentiful Spring.

Come celebrate with us! Hear the music of the autumn harvest, receive the blessings of the Maiden as the night lengthens to meet the duration of the daylight in this sacred time of abundance and balance.

You will find the complete script of this year's Alban Elfed ritual here: http://druid.meetup.c... (http://druid.meetup.com/232/files/)

The location of the ceremony is a private residence. For directions, please contact Valdar at http://druid.meetup.c... (http://druid.meetup.com/232/members/7534666/)

How to prepare for the ceremony...
Think about where you were in your life this time last year and about what you have accomplished since then until now.
Also think about what you would like to manifest for yourself in the coming year. Bring these thoughts with you to the ceremony.

What else to bring...
Bring some bits of string, yarn, scraps of fabric to adorn the lovely Corn Maiden!
Bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to Northwest Harvest. (Now is a good time to clean out your older emergency food supplies to be replaced by new ones!)
Also bring a snack of the season to be shared at the end of the ceremony.
There will be an Eisteddfod (or sharing of creativity) so bring a poem, a song, a story, etc. if you have one.

We, the Ritual Planning Circle are very excited to bring you a beautiful rite mixed with traditional Druidic elements as well as our own original ideas for this Alban Elfed celebration.

We will see you there!
Blessings of Awen and Abundant Harvest,
Pat, Sarah, Stefanie, Ruth, Nicole, and Moss
