Join us for our 1/2 day online meditation retreat! We'll start with the usual Saturday morning meditation and then move into different meditation activities hour by hour.
Each hour has a 10 minute break at the 50 minute mark except the final hour.
Supplies: zoom connection, a place to sit, water, writing instrument (pencil/pen), Paper or journal sketch paper/book & pencil(s), a plant or object to sketch. Optional: place to walk.
Agenda: 7a New moon morning meditation - regular checkin. Explanation of the retreat schedule.
- 8a 20 minute meditation & reading & goals (get suggestions)
- 9a Tara Brach meditation & check in
- 10a 2 10 minute sitting meditations & 10 minute sketch
- 11a 20 minute walking or sitting meditation & check in
- 12p Review goals & schedule - final 20 minute meditation.
