Medicine Wheel Drum Birthing

Drums are empowering instruments that we can use to honor Spirit and to heal, clear, and generate energy. Through 2 days of ceremony, guided journey, and hands-on creating, you will have space to develop a deep relationship with the drum you are birthing. You may journey to the heart of your new drum and ask how it wishes to manifest its journey on its Earth walk.

Will the drum you are creating be a personal medicine tool, a community tool, a healing tool? In the process of birthing your drum, it is possible to experience a deep-seated initiatory-type transformation and integration of your personal power.

Cyndy and Spirit will guide you through all of the simple techniques of creating your drum.

ENERGY EXCHANGE: $488.00 which includes all materials to make a 16" round Sacred Medicine Wheel Drum with a Horse or Cowskin drum head on a Canadian Cedar frame, plus a custom drum beater. Other sizes and skins (Buffalo, Elk, Deer) are available upon request at an extra charge.

A $200 deposit is due when you register, payment in full is due by June 3, 2024. Please contact Cyndy to work out the specifics of your drum in advance of the birthing day.

Time & PLACE: We will meet in Vass, North Carolina on Saturday, June 22 at 10 am - 6 pm EDT and on Sunday, June 23 at 10 am - 5 pm EDT. Exact location details will be provided after registration. Please bring your lunch each day, and a snack will be provided. This is a non-residential retreat. For those traveling, there are hotels in the area.
