Learn to Shamanic Journey for insight and personal growth

Are you wondering how people access and use intuition for guidance and insight? For some, this is an innate skill, while for others, it is a skill that can be learned and used. For millennia, people around the world have practiced some form of the ancient technique that this class introduces. During this 1-day in-person session, we will practice the steps of setting our intention, entering the shamanic state of consciousness (theta brain waves), and processing the experience. By following the heartbeat of the drum - as people have over the ages - we journey to connect with our gifts.
